Onlangs heb ik dit horloge met opwindmechanisme geërfd van mijn grootvader. Het is een Darwil Special Flat met serienummer 10046.
Dat ik blij ben met het horloge en het met trots draag staat buiten kijf, maar ik zou wat meer willen weten over de geschiedenis van het horloge en het merk Darwil.
Uiteraard heb ik uitgebreid gegoogled, maar kon helaas niets vinden. Waar ik benieuwd naar ben is uit welk jaar/periode dit horloge komt en de waarde ervan.

My name is Igor and I am from Yugoslavia and Darwil was one of the most famous and popular watches in the region douring the 60’s and 70’s. My father had one and my grandfather still owns one. I have been trying to find one to buy for my fathers birthday but I am not able to find one and all my research ends up at Omega. It looks that
Omega did buy out Darwil and that only way you can get one is to find an old used one.
Ik denk als het Omega spoor gaat volgen er meer history bovenkomt. Kijk ook eens op ebay uk daar worden ook Darwill flat watches aangeboden. Succes
