Ik ben op zich wel een fan van Franck Muller. De Crazy Hours en of de Secret Hours staan dan ook op mijn wishlist, maar vandaag kreeg ik toch een “heilige …” mailing. Kijk en Geniet

Dit is een beetje too much voor mij, zeker ook de prijzen, ca. 60k voor een stalen en 70k voor een gouden versie.
Ik houd het bij de “normale” versie van de Crazy Hours. De stalen variant hieronder …
De meer conservatieve kleuren zijn voor mij crazy genoeg, al moet ik toegeven dat de witte variant met de regenboog aan nummers ook best aantrekkelijk is.
Monsterlijk, maar technisch weer erg leuk. Het patroon is snel te zien - elk uur verspringt de urenwijzer 5 uur. Wat ik me al een tijdje afvraag, ik wist van het model af - staat die urenwijzer een uur lang stil op elk heel uur, of loopt-ie netjes zijn afstand tot de volgende index, vlak voordat-ie 5 uur verder schiet?
Eens, de prijzen houden hem nog van mijn lijstje, maar eens gaat hij er zijn. Ik laat ook geen kans voorbij gaan om even een kop koffie te pakken bij Franck Muller in Brussel. Topwinkel met vriendelijk personeel.
De urenwijzer springt ieder uur naar het juiste uur. Dus leest iets anders af dan normale horloges. De Secret Hours verbergt de tijd en laat desgevraagd de juiste tijd zien.
