Bovenste wijzerplaat heeft niet doorlopende markeringen en het wijzertje is er gewoon opgeschilderd …
Ik vreesde al voor het moment wanneer hier nog eens een een nepperd zou opduiken, er bevinden zich veel neppe GA-2100, GA-100, GA-110 en zelfs squares op het internet…
En zie ik dat goed, kwam deze in een Edifice doos?
Gewoon goed kijken naar de foto’s, neppe G-Shock hebben altijd ergens een afwijking.
Ik schat dat zo’n 40% van de G-Shock horloges op Vinted nep zijn.
Ik rapporteer ze, en heb er al veel laten verwijderen, maar er komen elke dag nieuwe bij…
Te vermijden:
-Papieren zak op de foto = nep
-amper gedragen, maar geen doos of documenten = nep
-zwarte doos met fel zilveren belettering = nep.
-Garantiebewijs met ongelijke spaties in “CASIO”en onderaan “Casio USA en Casio CANADA” erop = nep.
-Achterkant met transparante sticker met rode of blauwe lijn = nep.
-GA-2100 zonder quick release springbars op de band = nep.
-GA-2100 met bolle achterkant = nep.
Ik kan zo nog wel effe doorgaan…
Heb zelf de B400XD.
Geweldig ding, qua maat perfect en een prachtig design.
Draagt nog eens super comfortabel ook.
En je kan een echte van een valse makkelijk onderscheiden door het test screen op te roepen.
Als je de foto van @Safety bekijkt al onmiddelijk een paar ‘false flags’ zichtbaar. G-Shock is schuin, LAP staat niet mooi onder de bovenstaande lijn gekadreerd, aan de ‘6 uur’, ene lijn is langer en andere dikker.
Klopt in een verkeerde doos, bij een tweede handse heb ik wel vaker helemaal geen doos erbij gekregen omdat deze er niet meer was. Dit was voor mij geen red flag, ik had gewoon nog beter moeten doorvragen en foto’s moeten opvragen. Was te goed van vertrouwen.

Press and hold the following simultaneously:
Top Left, Top Right & Bottom Left - Tilt sensor test (shows TLT)
Time display area shows blank when not tilted, 8888 when tilted
Press Bottom Right to escape
Top Left, Top Right & Bottom Right- Solar cell test (shows SLR)
Time display area shows blank when exposed to light, 8888 when there is insufficient light
Press Bottom Right to escape
Bottom Left, Bottom Right & Top Left - Display test (and module version)
Press Bottom Right to scroll through various screens and escape
Bottom Left, Bottom Right & Top Right - Time sync hardware test
Shows radio-controlled transmitter countries/frequencies, etc.

ADJUST+MODE+ALTI - Display test mode
Press ALTI to scroll through various screens and escape
ADJUST+MODE+COMP - Tilt sensor test mode (shows TLT)
Time display area shows blank when not tilted, 8888 when tilted
Press ALTI or MODE to escape

Press and hold the following in sequence:
ADJUST+MODE+ALTI - Display test mode
Press ALTI to scroll through various screens and escape
ADJUST+MODE+COMP - Solar cell test/Tilt sensor test (shows SLR/TLT)

Press MODE to switch to TLT
Time display area shows blank when not tilted, 8888 when tilted

Display Test
To enter test modes, press and hold Upper Left, Lower Left and Lower Right until HOD is displayed.
Press Upper Right to show the first display pattern.
Press Lower Right to show the remaining display patterns (one of which shows all display elements in use simultaneously), the module number, some unfamiliar code (004) and exit.
Tilt Sensor Test
To enter test modes, press and hold Upper Left, Lower Left and Lower Right until HOD is displayed.
Press Lower Right until TLT is displayed.
With the crystal pointing upward, press Upper Right to initiate the tilt sensor test.
Tilt the crystal toward horizontal, and 888 is displayed if the tilt sensor is working.
Press Lower Right to exit.
Solar Panel Test
To enter test modes, press and hold Upper Left, Lower Left and Lower Right until HOD is displayed.
Press Lower Right until SLR is displayed.
Press Upper Right to initiate the solar panel test.
With sufficient light, the display will be blank. With insufficient light (e.g., blocking light from hitting the solar panel in an area with moderate to dim lighting), 888 is displayed.
Press Lower Right to exit.
Time Sync Hardware Test
To enter test modes, press and hold Upper Left, Lower Left and Lower Right until HOD is displayed.
Press Lower Right until RCV is displayed.
Press Upper Right to initiate the time sync hardware test.
Press Lower Right to show various time sync values (transmitters that are supported, etc.).
Press Lower Left to exit.
Rangeman GW-9400 Test Modes

Press Bottom Right (Forward) to scroll through various screens and escape

Hier ter voorbeeld op de GD-400MB;
Je drukt ze in het Time Screen (gewone scherm) de 3 drukknoppen tegelijk in. Dan gaat het horloge naar het test scherm waarbij alle mogelijke digits ingeschakeld worden. Enkel bij originele Casio’s mogelijk, nog niet opgemerkt bij namaakhorloges.
