Overall, I am not impressed by this watch. List price is $300 and I paid $127 shipped. After about 2 days of wear, I’d say this watch to me is worth only about $70. Having paid more than that, I am left unsatisfied.
First the positives:
The case looks well made with a nice brushed finish.
The face is simple, which is why I was drawn to it, and has a wave texture which adds a nice touch.
Hopefully the movement provides years of use with no issues.
And the negatives:
The two screw in crowns while they have a nice look, do not feel as though they are water tight. The threads “miss” when trying to screw in each of them about 50% of the time and as a result the crowns get “stuck” in an un-screwed in position.
The leather rubberized band is crap. Its very, very stiff, (worse than on my cheap ( that hold the end of the band down when clasped are very, very thin and are garbage. One has already ripped, and the other is on its way to that point I am sure.
The second hand does not even come close to hitting the marks on the face. It lands almost squarely in between every single mark.
The warranty is prety week. It does not cover any defects in materials and workmanship of the battery, case, crystal, strap or bracelet. It only covers the movement, hands, and dial.
All in all, what I got is what I would have expected to pay $50 - $70 for.
I rest my case.
Misschien is dit een beter alternatief
