I have received the EMG #21. The watch came in like this:
Two nasty dents on the 9 o’clock side of the bezel.
I have sent chicolabronse a message as well. How can we fix this issue?

De mijne is schijnbaar onderweg, ik kan niet wachten 
Nr 77 mag van de lijst, gaat niet meer geleverd worden.

Not sure how that would have happened. We have sent several back to the manufacturer for such problems. Meaning, we have been looking for dings.
We can try to send a replacement bezel to you if you have someone locally that can take care of it. We will cover all costs.
Or you can send it back, and again, we cover costs.
The watches were shipped separately from the cases to help avoid customs costs. The bezel could have been damaged during shipping, or even when packed acter arriving to the Netherlands to finally get to you.

Weet jij meer? Jij hebt hem nog niet ontvangen. Ik voel me lichtelijk verantwoord omdat ik het horloge heb verkocht aan Bart, maar hij lijkt spoorloos/
