Two visionaries in the watch-making world show us how they create some of the most exclusive watches on earth. This romantic film explores a fragile world that is fast becoming the stuff of history.

Philippe Dufour, the Grandfather of individual watch making, is known for his simple but unique designs. Disregarding mass-produced watches, he claims “we produce watches with a soul.” Meanwhile Vianney Halter is an eccentric contemporary watchmaker. Through crafting watches by hand, he believes tiny imperfections result in beauty. “Perfect is not pure…it’s too mathematical”.
