Hallo aan alle lezers van het forum. In dit onderwerp wil ik u voorstellen aan een aantal productietechnieken, helaas, nog steeds niet op grote schaal gebruikt.
Zij hebben betrekking op een moderne techniek (laser lassen) gekoppeld aan een oudere (Afslijpen Grinder machine). Het lassen wordt gebruikt om materiaal toe te voegen in de blauwe plekken, in de meest
diepe krassen en in de delen geruïneerd door slijpers die meestal niet vergezeld gaan van geschikte apparatuur. De overtollige las (roestvrij staal op roestvrij staal,
18k goud, 18k goud en titanium van titanium) is dan verwijderd om de zaak aan de originele formulieren. Dit zijn enkele voorbeelden van wat kan worden bereikt

Hello to all readers of the forum. In this topic I would like to introduce you to some manufacturing techniques, unfortunately, still not widely used.
They concern a modern technique (laser welding) coupled to an older (Lapping Grinder machine). The welding is used to add material in bruises, in the most
deep scratches and in the parts ruined by polishers that usually are not accompanied by appropriate equipment. The excess weld (stainless steel on stainless steel,
18k gold, 18k gold and titanium of titanium) is then removed to bring the case to the original forms. These are some examples of what can be achieved
with these techniques. Greetings to all friends of the forum.

Geweldige techniek zeg! Vooral bij zo’n afgeschaafde AP is het resultaat verbluffend. Normaal is zo’n kast dan echt afgeschreven.

Wat kost zo’n behandeling?
Ik heb nog een horloge dat ik zo wil laten opknappen

Goeie site met veel foto’s van het proces en de gebruikte gereedschappen.
Echte vaklui met oog voor hyper detail!
Ik vrees dat het een behoorlijke cent kost… en terecht ook. Gaan heel wat uurtjes vakwerk inzitten.

Ik heb de resultaten nog eens bekeken, en blijf van mening dat ze topwerk afleveren. Wel vind ik de lijnen van het slijp- en polijstwerk iets te strak (te ‘scherp’) en krijg het idee dat er hier en daar iets teveel wordt weggeslepen (tov het originele ontwerp)
