Take a dip with the “Blue Dolphins”.
Inspired by our friends in the sea, SLA045J1 features a dolphin-gray dial. The surface is decorated with solar radiation patterns surrounded by a blue bezel, reminiscent of dolphins swimming in the sea. The surface design is simple yet bold, with classic luminous large scales and thick hands, which displays time clearly even under water. There is also a practical date window at the 3 o’clock position.
It is a professional diving watch, which is based on the Seiko’s classic diving model, the Prospex Marinemaster. It has an unique one-piece structure that combines the back cover and the case into one, while adding a screw-in crown to enhance water resistance, making the watch functional even up to 300 meters deep. The case is made of stainless steel with a diameter of 44.3mm and its case back is engraved with waves that echo the diving theme.
The “Blue Dolphin” limited edition of 300 pieces is exclusively available only in Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia and Brunei.

Hmm, niet geslaagd in mijn ogen. Het lijkt overigens ook wel of Seiko net heeft ontdekt dat ze de dial en de bezel verschillende kleuren kunnen geven. Je ziet het eigenlijk in alle nieuwe modellen opeens verschijnen.
