Ik heb een Omega Seamaster Professional MKII gekocht en die heeft als serienummer 31624xxx.
Als ik echter op Chuck Maddox site kijk en enkele anderen, dan is er geen jaar waarin dit nummer zou voorkomen. Kan dat? Is het een nepperd?

Als ik afbeeldingen van de cal 861 vergelijk met degene die in mijn Omega zit, dan ziet het er goed uit. Ik heb Omega Zwtserland al een mailtje gestuurd met een verzoek tot meer info.
Ben geen Speedmaster expert, maar zoals ik het lees mag je gewoon uit de tabel concluderen dat het productiejaar ergens in 1970 ligt.
Strookt dit niet met de daadwerkelijke productieperiode van de MK2?

Ja, ga hem donderdag ophalen. Ik moet dan in Laren zijn. Dan is het nog maar een “klein” stukje. Daarna 275km terugrijden.
Ach ja, je moet er wat voor over hebben.

als ik op mijn omega jaaroverzicht kijk komt het 31.xxx.xxx uurwerk uit 1969, en dat kan prima overeenkomen met de productie van de mark 2.
Het uurwerk ziet eruit zoals een 861 eruit zou moeten zien.
Veel plezier met je nieuwe aanwinst en ik ben benieuwd of je een reactie krijgt van Omega zwitserland…

Ik zou gewoon lekker gaan genieten van je horloge, het uurwerk ziet er prima uit.
