So investment grade ? the forum for that is iex.nl. Things lose value, coffeemachine, cars, clothing, as well as all hobby related stuff. Except maybe old paintings… :thinking:
The depreciation equals your joy in wearing and searching, so costs = creditcard and joy=priceless.

I am a big fan of Omega, especially speedmasters, and of course Rolex, AP, PP and particularly Jaeger Le Coultre. But pretty much all of them are totally out of my reach.

For what I can reach, I think Seiko has very good options and I’m very happy with a Tissot I purchased. Longines is a bit of a stretch but I believe they have amazing value for the price. What do you guys think? :thinking:

Totally true, but if you worry about value retention I would buy these used. That way someone else has already paid for most of the depreciation…
