So I heard you guys like blue… right?
Al die blauwe ceramic dingen vind ik een beetje te uitbundig…zo’n cal 135 is dan wel weer tof, vooral vanwege het uurwerk maar ook daar ben ik geen klant in die prijsklasse…
Vriendelijke herinnering: geen horloges ontwerpen zaterdagnacht om 05.00 uur.
Ik ben blij dat het cal 135 weer vast in de line-up komt, hopelijk ook in betaalbare versies. Het blauw is wat veel voor mij maar het is zeker feestelijk !
Gaat het de Elite handwinders helemaal vervangen ?
Betwijfel ik ten zeerste, heel ander afwerkingsniveau dan de Elite.
Deze Cover Girl is dan ook van de buitencategorie 
Blauw is een mooie kleur, dat wel, maar moet alles echt blauw?
Mbt de GFJ, ik zou hem misschien irl moeten zien maar de buitenkant bevat niets wat ook maar enigszins refereert aan de 135 en vind ik eerlijk gezegd een weinig samenhangend allegaartje van ontwerpkeuzes.
Blauw is de huiskleur van Zenith. Bovendien, als je met ceramische materialen werkt, welke kleur zou je dan kiezen om dat te accentueren? Zwart voegt weinig toe, groen, rood of wit zijn net zo goed uitgesproken keuzes dus blauw is nog niet zo gek vind ik. Het is erg opvallend dat ze nu 4 modellen in een fel blauwe kleur uitbrengen maar het zijn dan ook 160-jarig jubileum modellen.
Wat de GFJ betreft, met de ontwikkeling daarvan zijn ze toch 3 jaar bezig geweest. De materiaalkeuzes (platinum, wit goud, lapis lazuli,…) plus het sublieme caliber drukken natuurlijk ook hun stempel op de prijs. Zenith blijft een erg exclusief merk waarbij een serie van 160 stuks mogelijk is. Dit soort actie zou ondenkbaar zijn bij andere gerenommeerde merken zoals bvb. Rolex of Omega, die moeten het echt hebben van grote aantallen.
