Hi everyone, here is a new shipping update.
Unfortunately the shipping of the 38 mm is somewhat delayed due to customs clearance issues in Switzerland and miscommunication between DHL Sweden and DHL Switzerland. We have been pushing since Monday to arrange the pick-up and it has been a very tiresome process…
New estimates:
38 mm: Shipped from Switzerland to Sweden Today, 26 Oct. Shipping from Sweden to worldwide on Wednesday 31 Oct or Thursday 01 Nov.
42 mm + Doubles: Unfortunately delayed by 1 to 1.5 week. Mainly due to capacity problems at the assembly house as the packing is a lot of work that needs to be done by many people and the assembly house has to fit this work into their operation schedule, so once there is a delay in one stage it leads to another delay in the workflow etc. Estimated time ready for shipment to Sweden is Monday, 5 Nov.
We are very sorry for the delays and have been pushing as much as we can, but unfortunately a lot is out of our control right now
Helaas, maar da’s een oud model wat ze zelf niet meer verkopen - erg mooi trouwens, ik heb er ook een. De nieuwe is al 150 euro duurder geworden op hun website.
Unfortunately DHL is delayed once again and they have not yet delivered the 38mm watches. The watches have arrived in the south of Sweden where they have been delayed due to another customs check. They now informed us that the shipment should arrive in Stockholm by tomorrow, but they cannot guarantee this…
If all goes well and they do deliver tomorrow in time, we hope to be able to ship out all 38mm watches tomorrow. We will let you as soon as the shipment arrives!

Elke keer vertraging melden is ook niet handig. Mensen telkens teleurstellen. Ze hadden beter een flinke marge op de levertijd kunnen nemen na die vertraging in plaats van telkens een paar dagen.
