Heeeeé ,dat is mooi!
Ik wist niet dat de naam Minase pas later op de dial zou komen.
En is hier de merknaam nu HiZ of wat?
Supervondst Charles, of alleen foto’s?
Dit is niet jouw pols toch?
Hij staat op het Duitse forum te koop!!
Ik zou wel willen maar heb op het moment te veel (en de koper ruilt niet 
).
Dit model is eigenlijk van historische waarde!

Heb het gelezen.
Man, dit vind ik ook wel heul heul leuk!
Niet ruilen is een ding, maar ik probeer ook weg te blijven van de grote bedragen, en dit is voor mij serieus geld.
(En voor een voorloper van Minase denk ik trouwens weinig )

Hè Charles, ik kocht van jou de vierkante XeMeX (die nog steeds gedragen wordt en meer door mij, dan door mijn vrouw 
)
En vierkant is dan wellicht niet het meest hip, maar toch errug fraai…als jij hem nu toch koopt dan, en daarna…

New Dial Without Date Window
Latest News ! Divido is now available without date window. Six models are concerned, Urushi makie red, blue and green dials on rubber strap and on stainless steel bracelet.
A repeated request
Some love it, other dislike it… Minase’s date window certainly is a significant element of the brand. Minase decided to make a special version without date window. " The removal of the calendar aperture and its replacement by an index at 3 o’clock gives the watch a new elegance. The elements are now harmoniously distributed around the opening and the brand’s symbol, Minase’s drill head, is highlighted at 12 o’clock. " explains Sven Henriksen, CEO of Minase International.
The date window is not the only difference between this new execution and the first generation of Divido urushi. The watch is now powered by the new movement KT7002, based upon ETA 2892 ébauches.
There are some Urushi Divido with date window left ! They can be ordered on Minase’s official webshop as long as stock lasts, then they will be replaced by the new execution.
Artisanal work
Megumi Shimamoto, based in Kyoto, is a master of the Urushi craft. For this Urushi and silver maki-e dials, she uses one of the simplest techniques to produce Maki-e, as it displays one color only and no motives. Nonetheless, she spends many hours to complete every single dial.
The careful application of many layers and the drying times between them, not to mention the ornamentation can take months. The final color being reached thanks to sunlight, completing such a dial is not only in the hands of the craftswoman.

Ziet er goed uit hoor. Ik hoop dat ze dit met meer platenvariaties gaan doen.

Ik vind het zelf veel mooier zo, maar kan me voorstellen dat de meningen daarover ‘divido’ zijn. Het enorme datumvenster is/was natuurlijk wel een van de kenmerkende eigenschappen van dit horloge.

Zo dan. Prachtig die rode op staal. Alleen die prijs tov de blauwe zonder datum

Dat is wel een dikke 2k-3k meer dan ik betaald heb voor een verwijderd datumvenster overigens .
Volgende stap is hopelijk dan wat meer met het uurwerk doen.
